By now, it’s pretty obvious our worlds are going to change. Even as we hopefully get this pandemic under control, the effects will be long-lasting and far-reaching. In terms of industry impact, none is being changed more than foodservice.
Many of our favorite restaurants are needing brand new concepts in order to maintain even the smallest of revenue streams. Fine dining restaurants are opening up takeout windows. Bars are offering to-go service (just add rum). And our grocery chains and convenience stores are doing everything they can to keep stores clean and shelves stocked.
Ultimately, these changes all represent a massive shift for the food and beverage industry. And while we don’t know what all those changes will be or what they’ll mean for our operations, we want you to know our team here at Federal will do everything we can to help our customers keep up with the changing landscape of foodservice.
This may mean equipment that can provide a new type of service. It could mean customization to existing Federal solutions. We honestly don’t know. But we want you to know we will do everything we can to stay up-to-date with what’s happening so we can better serve your changing needs.
